Say goodbye to those ugly and boring Testificates! Minecraft Comes Alive replaces the original villagers with humans and gives them an actual use within the game. For example:

  • Villagers are regular humans. They can be male or female and have skins pertaining to their gender and profession.
  • You can interact with villagers and raise your relationship (hearts) with them. Get it high enough and you can get married to one!
  • You can have a baby after you get married. It will grow into a child who can do chores for you such as farming, fishing, and hunting.
  • Your child will grow into an adult. They make great companions and will defend you to the death. They also play part in a secret feature in Hardcore mode.

How to install Minecraft Comes Alive Mod for Minecraft 1.2.5:

Windows Installation (Works for all versions)

Mac Installation (Works for all versions)

Windows XP:

  • Open the Start Menu, click Run.
  • In the new window, type %AppData% and press enter.
  • Open the .minecraft folder.
  • Now extract the release of Minecraft Comes Alive that you downloaded.
  • Open Place Contents in config Folder. Move everything inside it to the config folder that is inside the .minecraft folder. If you don’t have one, create it.
  • Open Place Contents in mods Folder. Move everything inside it to the mods folder that is inside the .minecraft folder. If you don’t have one, create it.
  • In your .minecraft folder, open the folder named bin.
  • Open minecraft.jar with WinRAR or a similar archiver.
  • Open Place Contents in Minecraft JAR. Drag everything inside it into the JAR.
  • Close everything and play.

Windows Vista/7:

  • Open the Start Menu, type %AppData% and press enter.
  • Open the .minecraft folder.
