[Minecraft 1.2.5] Vanilla HD Texture Pack
Minecraft Texture Packs [ April 13, 2012 at 11:12 PM ] 16,241 Views
It’s the Vanilla texture pack resized to 256x with bumpmaps, and a few filters. When you’re far away you’ll barely see any difference from the Default textures but if you’re closeup, you’ll notice that they have much more detail than the standard textures.
It retextures everything and is frequently updated.

Requires the use of either MCPatcher or Optifine
How to install Vanilla HD Texture Pack for Minecraft 1.2.5:
- Download Vanilla HD Texture Pack for Minecraft 1.2.5
- Download and patch using MCPatcher HD
- Run /%appdata%/.minecraft/texturepacks
- Copy and paste texture pack (.zip file) there
- Open Minecraft and change in-game
- Have fun!

230 FPS? Wow I get like 60 FPS max with Faithful and Optifine…

^Dude, seriously? Why do you think he’s trolling? I get around 150 FPS with 256x texture packs, unmodded that is. And the only good thing about my computer is the 7970 gpu and the i7 2600 cpu. This guy could have 2 7970 in sli or crossfire so could you please go and shove your 5 year old laptop up your sphincter?

that doesn’t make any sense. A 16x version of this texture pack would be the default textures included in minecraft…

Uhhhhh to the person who has a mac well your just not downloading the right one. McPatcher has a download for both windows, mac and linux.
